Where I'll Be: I will be at the Jigokudani Monkey Park because, I will really love to see a bunch of monkeys in a hot spring. Also seeing the little monkeys running around and swimming in the hot water would be so CUTE!!

ReplyDeleteI think that you've made a great choice by selecting the Jigokudani Monkey Park. I had the chance to visit the park with some friends when I was living in Japan and I still remember it clearly. The monkeys were so cute! Many were relaxing in the hot pools, bathing and taking it all in while others were chasing each other all around the park, grabbing at each others' tails and wrestling one another to the ground. We stayed and watched them for hours!
I really like the picture that you posted to your blog of two of the monkeys interacting. It looks like the monkey on the right is preening or cleaning the second monkey, doesn't it? They look quite human-like, in my opinion. I could easily see two people doing exactly what they are doing!
Great post today, Stanley. You've taken me back in time and allowed me to remember a wonderful and memorable outing to the Jigokudani Monkey Park. I hope that you are able to get there one day as well. You would love it!!

ReplyDeleteA few years ago, I went to Samoa and I got to swim with turtles. I don't think that's as cool as swimming with monkeys but it was still really awesome! Keep up the great blogging!
