Week 4 - Weekly Activity Day 3 (Activity 2)

Activity 2
When you are at the zoo, you have the chance to learn about some animals that are specifically found in your country. They are called ‘indigenous’ animals. This means that they are originally from your country. Use Google to identify two indigenous animals from your country. On your blog, post a picture of the animals and tell us a bit about them. What are they called? Where do they live? What do they eat?

  1. Hi Stanley
Those two animals look very cute. I had no idea that foxes were related to dogs. Awesome job Stanley.

  2. Hi Stanley,

You have also taught me a huge amount about both the red fox and the sea otter. They are animals that I didn't know much about. Thanks for providing us with so much information. It's awesome!

After reading about both the fox and sea otter, which one do you think is the most interesting? Which one would you rather have as a pet? I think that I prefer to have the otter. I could build a little pond and make it a home in my backyard. Which one would you prefer?
